Special requests such as group registrations, or accompanying persons more than one, must be handled contacting the Organizing Secretariat at info@icthic.com
Registration fees
The fees for registration to the ICTHIC 2010 are:
-Early Registration (i.e. until January 31st, 2010): Euro 420
-Full Registration (regular, after January 31st, 2010): Euro 490§
-Student Registration*: Euro 100
-Accompanying person**: Euro 120
*Persons wishing to claim the student discount must provide a signed letter from their
supervisor or Head of Department to confirm their status.
**The program for accompanying person will be announced on the web in the next months.
§ESMO members are entitled to receive a 25% discount on Full Registration fee.
Delegates' registration fee includes:
• Attendance at plenary sessions and Satellite Symposia
• Attendance at poster sessions and technical exhibition
• Congress Proceedings Book
• CME certificate(s)
• Coffee/Tea Breaks and Lunches
• Access to the Congress social events (TBA)
Payment
Registration is confirmed upon payment receipt. If you reserve the hotel togheter with the registration you are requested to pay the entire stay in advance.
If you pay by bank transfer, you are required to send a copy of bank transfer to the Organizing Secretariat by fax. If you pay by credit card you are required to sign the registration summary (that appears on line at the end of the registration process) and fax it back to the Organizing Secretariat: the total amount will be charged to your credit card on February 15th, 2010.
Cancellation/Refunds are possible until March 15th, 2010. Name changed are accepted at any time and do not incur any fee.

Confirmation
A confirmation of registration and payment status will be sent to the individual or company that requests registration. Confirmation will be sent only when the corrisponding payment is received. Participants should bring the letter of confirmation to the registration desk at the Congress venue when collecting their documents.
