Special requests such as group reservations, or participants having more than one accompanying person, must be handled contacting the Organizing Secretariat at info@icthic.com
All reservations must be received by February 15th, 2010. After this date hotel reservation is still possible but not guaranteed.
Participants are requested to check-in after 2.00 PM and to check-out before 10.00 AM.

Payment
Hotel reservation is confirmed upon payment receipt. If you pay by Bank Transfer you are required to pay in advance the total amount of your entire stay; if you pay by Credit Card the total amount of your entire stay will be charged to your credit card on February 15th, 2010.
Cancellations/Refunds are possible only by written request until March 15th, 2010. In case of refunds bank charges will be retained by the Organizing Secretariat. Name changes are accepted at any time and do not incur any fee.
Only Euro (€) are accepted.
All prices indicated below are per room / per night, and include breakfast and local taxes.
All payments have to be received net of all bank charges.
