Instructions for Authors

POSTERS

Mounting Time:   
From 9.00 Friday April 23rd, and during meeting opening hours, in rooms D, E, and in the mezzanine floor*.
*On Sunday April 25th at 12.00, all posters mounted in the mezzanine floor will be moved by the organizing staff into room C for the discussion sessions.

Viewing Time:    
From mounting to 12.00 Sunday April 25th.

Mandatory attendance:            
During the discussion (see below).

Discussion:        
There will be 6 Poster Discussion Sessions (1h 15min each), held on Sunday April 25th from 14.00 to 15.15, and from 15.45 to 17.00, each guided by two co-chairs, in rooms C, D, E.
Presenting authors are required to attend during the entire discussion session.

Poster details (i.e. Definitive Poster number, Room, Time and Session Chairs) will be sent out to the authors by E-mail by the beginning of April.


Please note that some posters will be chosen by the session chairs to be briefly orally presented as a start for discussion: the respective authors will be individually advised to present also few Powerpoint slides in addition to their poster. These presentations must be uploaded directly in the room during or just before the start of the respective poster session: they have NOT to be submitted to the congress Slide Center.

Dismantling:    
From 17.00 to 18.00 Sunday April 25th. After this time all remaining posters will be destroyed by the organizing staff.

Dimensions:    
Maximum size of the Poster is 100 cm high x 70 cm wide. Material for poster mounting will be available on site.

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS

Presentation & Discussion:    
Time at disposal for each Oral Communication is 10 minutes for presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions/discussion.

Computer Projection:           
For computer assisted projections, all documents must be PC compatible. Your laptop cannot be used at the conference, please have your presentation available either on a CD-Rom or USB pen drive. Presentation must be a Microsoft Power Point file. Please avoid too much heavy presentations.

Slide center:                           
A slide center will be available for delegates to preview their slides.

 Important!                               
Authors are advised to submit your presentation files/slides/videos to the Slide center at least 2 hours before the beginning of the respective session.
